From Pain To Purpose
The Ethereal Well
Welcome to The Ethereal Well, where we, Minerva and Michelle, certified peer specialists, combine culturally based healing practices and generational wisdom with compassionate, trauma-informed care to support your journey toward holistic well-being.
Welcome
Balance your mind, body, soul
Greetings! Our healing practice is BIPOC run and draws from diverse belief systems and cultural traditions within our ancestries, combined with somatic healing and evidenced based practices of peer support. We work with those impacted by trauma, behavioral health struggles, and substance use.
Ancestral, intuitive, & mobile
During our sessions, you can expect personalized guidance that integrates peer support and motivational interviewing techniques, and if requested (but not required) we can incorporate shadow work, body movement and awareness, breathwork, cultural practices and or spiritual cleansings.

Preparation & During
Before our session, you will be asked to provide an outline of the challenges you're facing, life experiences and goals. We'll also discuss any scent sensitivities, your previous experiences with alternative healing, and any relevant medical conditions, ensuring that our session is both effective and tailored to your needs.
Confidentiality Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All information shared is confidential and will only be accessed by authorized personnel and will not be shared with anyone outside The Ethereal Well without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
